Description

Sheet music lead sheets presented in twelve keys.

Once a song is written in MuseScore, it is only a few steps more to transpose the song to several keys.

Most guitar music is usually only in the keys of F, C, G, D, A, and E, except for Jazz songs, which are often in flat keys for horns.

Having all keys written benefits any instrumentalist, and makes comparison of songs simpler since they are in the same key.

MuseScore can also export sheet music as .mp3 files. Sound files are included for each song.

Some publications of traditional music contain terminology and ideas that may be offensive today. The intent of this website is to fully reference source publications for purposes of musicology.

I have harmonized these songs with basic chords. As I am studying these musics, perhaps you will find that I am studying earnestly, and also returning some of the gifts these public domain songs have given me?

Thank you,
D.J. Ellis
